Pazhimsky Alexander Matveyevich

Ukrainian ethnographer, historian and artist, author of the symbol of
the village of Samchyki. Genealogical records of the Pazhimsky gentry
family can be found in Polish coat of arms books since 1498.
   Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine;
   Member of the National Union of Masters of Folk Arts of Ukraine;
   Honored Master of Folk Arts of Ukraine;
   Laureate of the Danylo Shcherbakivsky Award;
   Laureate of the Peter Buchynsky regional award;
   Founder of Samchyki creative studio “Prosvit”.
Born on December 27, 1937 in Cherkassy region. Engaged in folk arts
since 1964. Frequent participant in various regional and state-wide
exhibitions and festivals.

   Member of the Samchyki Creative Studio “Prosvit”.
   Director of the Art School for children of the Samchyki village.
Born on January 28, 1961 in the village of Gubin, Starokostyantynivskyi 
district, Khmelnitsky region. Engaged in folk arts since 1976. Frequent 
participant in regional and state-wide exhibitions and festivals.

Ukrainian artist.
   Member of the National Union of Masters of Folk Arts of Ukraine.
   Member of the Samchyki Creative Studio “Prosvit”.
   Teacher at the Art School for children in the village of Samchyki.
Born on May 25, 1970 in the village of Samchyki, Starokostyantynivsky
district, Khmelnytskyi region. Has been engaged in folk arts since 2010.
Frequent participant of regional and state-wide Ukrainian exhibitions
and festivals.

Yuzvuk Mikhail Karpovich

Born on November 13, 1944 in the village Samchyki, Starokostyantynivskyi
district, Khmelnytskyi region. Engaged in folk arts since 1964. Frequent
participant of regional and state-wide Ukrainian exhibitions and festivals.

Ukrainian carpet artist. Graduated from the Lviv Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts.
   Founder of Samchyki creative studio “Prosvit”.
